AFGHANISTAN – All mail and parcel services are suspended indefinitely
AUSTRALIA – ABF experiencing a series of cargo messaging events impacting clearance in Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane. There were also 3 National Holidays within a 2-week timeframe – these 2 events have created a backlog of parcels and mail to go through clearance. Renewed flooding added to the challenges, especially in areas that had previously been flooded.

CHINA – ePost Global is providing PMI service in China through our network of delivery partnerships. Parcels arriving with China Post are still subject to disinfection before moving out for delivery, this can impact delivery by up to 10 days. China Post has updated that a two-phase lockdown has been imposed in Shanghai International Airport to contain a resurgent outbreak of COVID.
HONG KONG – Hong Kong Post is reporting some delays in the country as a number of post offices are being closed for disinfecting as COVID infections have risen again. Mail and parcels are being diverted to neighboring postal outlets in affected areas.
ITALY – Poste Italiane are reporting the backlogs/delays in processing parcels through postal customs continue to reduce improving final mile deliveries.
NEW ZEALAND – USPS PMI services remain suspended, however ePost Global solutions for parcels, and mail, continue to operate, please contact your representative for further information
UK – National Holiday Monday 2nd May. There will be an additional 2-day holiday on June 2nd, and June 3rd to celebrate Platinum Jubilee.
