CHINA – Remains subject to export delays due to the loss of Shanghai OE and all airmail to China having to go to either Beijing or Guangzhou. USPS advised that routes to Beijing are at capacity, and China remains a challenge with no immediate update on when usual service will be able to resume. There are currently significant delays.
International Service Disruptions
AUSTRALIA – Flooding caused by the extreme weather events in Australia is beginning to subside. Final mile delivery performance should start to improve, however, vendors are still dealing with COVID labor shortages.
CANADA – All of our final mile partners will be closed Friday, April 15th for Good Friday. However, all final mile partners, except for Canada Post, will be reopening on Monday, April 18th. Canada Post will resume its delivery schedule on Tuesday, April 19th.
CENTRAL AND SOUTH AMERICA – Most country’s postal operators will be closed on Friday, April 15th, and reopen on Monday, April 18th.
Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, and Uruguay, among others, will be closed on Wednesday, April 13th, and reopen on Monday, April 18th.
CHINA – Due to the lack of air transport into Shanghai some China-based service providers have temporarily withdrawn service throughout the country for local delivery. With limited import capacity at the remaining China air hubs, service standards cannot be met. We will update as services resume within China.
EUROPEAN UNION – All final mile partners in member states are closed Friday, April 15th, and will reopen on Monday, April 18th.
UNITED KINGDOM – All final mile partners are closed Friday, April 15th, and Monday, April 18th.
